Central location next to the restaurants, Nova Scotia, and delicious jams, thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, Camping Levesque was 4.4e+02 km away.
Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not particularly welcoming.

The charming decor at the quaint inn made me feel like I stepped back in time to a more elegant era. the cozy sitting areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea while admiring the lovely gardens. the easy accessibility to the main attractions in town was a blessing for this senior lady.
More comfortable seating for older guests would enhance the experience.

The Bailey House is a charming historical inn, beautifully decorated with a fabulous breakfast. Despite the lack of air conditioning, fans, and some structural concerns, the spacious rooms and waterfront garden with Muskoka chairs provide a serene atmosphere.

Located right by the waterfront, this historic B&B offers stunning views of the river. the decor of the rooms is spot-on for a 240-year old historic inn and the cleanliness of the rooms could not be faulted. the breakfasts were amazing, and guests can mingle in the living room at night.
One guest mentioned feeling like a burden to the hostess, noting that she did not offer a warm welcome and was unaccommodating when asked for something.

Enjoyed two complementary facts with the best location in town and appreciated the peace and quiet. It was a great way to escape the chaos at Christmas. Loved the comfortable bed and the cozy decoration.
The owner did not seem very warm or welcoming, which put a damper on the experience. Perhaps they were tired from a busy season or celebrating the holidays themselves.
